Kuwait : The Council of Ministers in Kuwait approved more relaxation in Covid related restriction in the country. In the notification released today, the council announced that, wearing mask is to be considered as optional inside and outside all public places and the restrictions to enter to the public places, producing proof of vaccination or PCR, has been revoked. Any individuals experiencing Covid symptoms should wear mask in all places.
In the case of persons, who’s in contact with positive cases, are required to wear a mask for a period of 14 days. If the individual shows symptoms during this 14 days, they are required to take PCR.
Infected persons should be in home quarantine for a period of 5 days from the day of infection and they should wear mask in public for the duration of 5 days after completing quarantine.
All travelers coming to Kuwait are no longer required to be fully vaccinated nor produce PCR.
