All expats arriving to Kuwait must
- Be fully vaccinated with any of the vaccines approved by the Kuwait Ministry of Health
- Verify the vaccination certificate by uploading it to the prescribed Ministry of Health website. (https://vaxcert.moh.gov.kw/SPCMS/PH/CVD_19_Vaccine_External_Registration.aspx)
- Register on KuwaitMosafer and the Shlonik app. (Sign a declaration upon arrival for registration on the Shlonik app with a local phone number)
- Have their vaccination status in Green on the Immune app.
- Complete one week home quarantine starting on the date of arrival. To end the quarantine early, you must pay for and complete a PCR test in Kuwait. If your PCR test result is negative, your quarantine will come to an end.
