KUWAIT: The circular issued by the Undersecretary of Traffic and Operations Department, Major General Jamal Al Sayegh, informing that, a vehicle buyer has to submit proof of payment mode for purchasing the vehicle from the seller.
The vehicle transfer will be approved only after submitting the cheque or bank transfer document as a proof of payment else it will be rejected.
In a recent survey conducted by Traffic Department, it is discovered hundreds of expats own dozens of cars and used vehicle trading is happening without taking a license from government authorities.
